Anti-Social Behaviour
The holiday park operates a zero tolerance policy for individuals whose behaviour or noise causes disturbances to other guests. The Park Management reserve the right to refuse admission, or ask guests to leave where necessary and adhere to the standards of behaviour set by the holiday park:

Please respect the privacy of other Caravan Owners and please keep noise to a minimum, with absolute quiet between 10:00pm and 07:00am

Barbecuing and outside entertainment must finish by 10:30pm so as not to disturb other park users

Alcoholic drinks may only be consumed in and around the vicinity of your holiday home or of a holiday home in which you are a guest

Ball games are not permitted in the park

Use of unlawful drugs in the holiday home or anywhere on park is a criminal offence and is not permitted

Anyone who persistently acts in a manner likely to upset other users of the park or staff will be asked to leave the park

If the park Security Team are called to deal with issues relating to your stay in the holiday home we reserve the right to charge you for their time

Firearms, air rifles and dangerous weapons are not permitted on park

Fireworks and Chinese Lanterns are not permitted on park under any circumstances
Dogs

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times

Dogs must be supervised at all times and not left unattended

The noise policy applies to doggy guests as well as human guests

We reserve the right to refuse any dog or require the owner removes the dog from park if it is a nuisance or a danger to other guests or if it is in our opinion inappropriate for a family site. For heath and safety reasons, dogs that are listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not welcome on the park
Health & Safety

No caravan should be used for sleeping more than the number of people for that which it has been constructed

Sleeping in motorcars is prohibited

Cars must only park in the bays allocated to the Caravan pitch

All vehicles must conform to the Road Traffic Act and have current tax, MOT and insurance

All BBQ's (charcoal or gas) must be raised off the grass and fully extinguished after use

The lighting of fires, wood burners, Chinese Lanterns etc is strictly prohibited
Children
Parents are responsible for providing all supervision of children whilst on park
Privacy
Please respect the privacy of others on the park
Refuse

Litter must be placed in the skips and bins provided, the irresponsible discarding of litter by any persons will not be tolerated

Please do not leave large items for removal as the park will not be able to dispose of them
Drainage
You must not introduce any foreign items into the drainage system including but not limited to; cleaning cloths, nappies or sanitary wear, wet wipes (including flushable wet wipes), cooking oil, engine oil, great or paint
Other

Ocean Holiday Park or Ocean Caravans Brean cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to any Vehicle or its contents whilst on the park

Cutting or damaging trees, shrubs or any other vegetation is strictly prohibited

If the park considers anyone is to be in breach of the park rules or upsetting other guests staying at Ocean Holiday Park by their behaviour, they will have no hesitation in asking them to leave the park

Persons using Ocean Holiday Park Ocean Caravans Brean and its facilities do so entirely at their own risk and we do not accept any liability for the loss or damage to persons and or property beyond our control.
